Job Description: Sales Executive

Title: Sales Executive

Location: Uttar Pradesh [ Lucknow, Barabanki, Gonda, Bahraich + Balrampur + Shrawasti, Ayodhya, Ambedkar Nagar, Varanasi, Kanpur, Basti, Gorakhpur ]

Reports To: Sales Manager

Summary: A Sales Executive helps grow our business by finding new customers and making sure our current customers are happy. They work to meet sales goals and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Finding New Customers:

    • Look for new customers through various methods like networking, social media, and cold calling.

    • Research to understand customer needs and potential sales opportunities.

  2. Sales Presentations:

    • Explain and show how our products/services can help potential customers.

    • Clearly communicate the benefits of what we offer.

  3. Managing Sales Process:

    • Create and follow plans to achieve sales targets.

    • Handle the entire sales process from start to finish.

  4. Customer Relationships:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

    • Understand their needs and solve any issues they have quickly.

  5. Negotiation and Closing Sales:

    • Negotiate terms and close deals with customers.

    • Work to meet or exceed sales targets.

  6. Reporting:

    • Keep track of sales activities and customer interactions.

    • Report on sales performance and market feedback.

  7. Team Collaboration:

    • Work with other team members to ensure effective sales efforts.

    • Share successful strategies and tips with colleagues.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar.

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales or a related role.

  • Skills:

    • Great communication and negotiation skills.

    • Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
